After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The state-owned companies are facing great changes inside and outside because of the reform in the economic structure and their inside changes, so the performance management model should also be changed. In this paper, the author will reconstruct a performance assessing system for the DM Company based on the combination of EVA and BSC, and compare the results under the two different assessing systems, providing a new idea for the improvement of performance assessing.
