  • Abstract
The control of a hybrid system, usually referred to as the energy management strategy, is a complex task. Several control architectures have been developed and can be found in literature; they all lack of a consistent approach to meet driveability requirements. This talk reviews the main contributions to the subject and underlines the driveability related problems that they raise. It finally suggests ways in which driveability can be included as a driving factor in the development of energy management control strategies.
