Abstract
Electronic commerce (E-commerce) innovating applications have posed novel, technical, organizational and commercial challenges. This study uses a valuation model to investigate these innovative changes and focuses on their impaction E-commerce. The performance valuation of e-commerce businesses are increasingly becoming the focus of attention. Therefore it is necessary to conduct e-commerce value added measure, this is from such a perspective, the process of e-business value added, then the introduction of EVA index to measure the value of e-business.
