After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

As more and more Chinese enterprises have been participating in overseas mergers and acquisitions, cultural conflict and integration have become prominent issues which can not be avoided. Chinese enterprises need to make great effort in cultural integration, and have a deep analysis on the cultural conflict in mergers so that the appropriate strategy for cultural integration can be made to ensure the success of overseas acquisitions.
