Abstract :
In order to analyze the electron emission performance of SCE, the electric field distribution and electron trajectory are studied by simulation analysis with CST particle studio. Based on the simulation investigation, a SCE structure with better electron emission performance is obtained. It is expected that the simulation process and results are helpful for further development of SCE.
