Abstract :
This article discuss the characteristics of the non-operational public project and the practical situation of the agent construction system, selective analysis the risks and solutions of the agent construction corporations. With an ongoing agent construction system project, the article analysis the problems and corresponding measures of agent construction corporations, to provide practical guidances for promoting and application of agent construction system and risk management of agent construction corporations.
