Abstract :
This paper provided a briefly introduction to the features of pulsed YAG laser welding technology in the production of the electron gun for klystron. The theoretical basis of the laser welding for the electron gun has been discussed. Proper welding parameter of laser welding technology is concluded from the experimental research. The reliability of laser welding technology is also tested from the small batch production.
