Abstract :
A high efficiency three-stage depressed collector has been designed for Ku band three-beam TWT with EOS [1][2].The collector has many advantages including high efficiency, low back streaming current, simple structure and can eliminate the possibility of mutual influence between electron beams when used into a three-beam collector. Collector efficiency has been achieved more than 77%. The electron back-streaming rate has also been controlled within 1.17%.
