Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Firstly, this paper discussed the relationship between team Situation Awareness(SA) and information sharing and proposed the opinion of enhancing Team SA by information sharing to avoid human errors in aviation; Then compared the SA requirement of pilot and ATC; At last, discussed the necessary and effect of information sharing between pilot and controller, weather and traffic in detailed, and suggested human-centered and goal-directed design to maximize the advantages of information sharing and minimize the disadvantages.
