Abstract :
Brush less DC motor, because of its simple structure, low noise, reliable performance, no commutation spark, high power density, and low maintenance cost, had been widely used in many industry fields, such as the household appliances electric vehicles, the medical and the computer, etc. This paper used the TMS320F2407 DSP produced by TI as the centrale controller, the adaptive Fuzzy PID as the control method, designed the brush less DC motor control system Based on the DSP. It included the selection of system power circuit, the design and implementation of the control circuit and the system software. The experimental results showed that control performance of adaptive fuzzy PI controller was better than traditional PI controller.
