After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In 2005 the “Kyoto Protocol” for the global carbon trading laid the legal foundation, It is not only limited to the form of laws and regulations related to national greenhouse gas emissions, but also give birth to a carbon emissions-based carbon trading market. This paper investigates the relationship between the carbon finance of listed commercial banks and the financial factors, and research the impact of financial factors to the corporate financing options.
