Abstract :
This paper studies global synchronization of non-autonomous rotational system with a centrifugal flywheel governor under linear state error feedback control. A global sufficient synchronization criterion is rigorously proven by means of Lyapunov´s direct method and the elementary differential calculus. Effectiveness of the new synchronization criteria is illustrated in numerical examples.
