Abstract :
In this work we present results of numerical simulation of frequency dependents of group delay time (FD GDT) of Control Microstrip Line on Semiconductor Substrate (CMLSS) for microwave range 6-14 GHz. There were given structures and equivalent circuits of CMLSS. We discussed the problem of possibility for using CMLSS as Control Group Delay Time Equalizer (CGDTE) for microwave frequency.
