Abstract :
The processes are flowing in metals under the electric deposition with high density of power (/spl ges/1/spl times/10/sup 14/ W/m/sup 3/) has been analyzed. It is proposed to estimate a degree of nonequilibrium of energy dissipation processes on difference in the actual metal temperature and the temperature calculation on Joule´s law.
