Abstract :
The results of analysis of microwave oscillator modulation characteristics modulated by reflection-coefficient modulus changes are presented. We derived expressions and plotted graphs of modulation rate frequency dependence based on changing the amplitude, frequency, and an autodetection signal of a microwave oscillator. Their behavior peculiarities, which depend on the modulation frequency, are based on the results of numerical calculations of the characteristics.
