The conceptual model of the logistics system in power branch in the conditions of restructuring

In this paper conceptual model of the logistics system (LS) is submitted, the basis of which is described by authors as a model of material flows administrator (MFA). The distinction in kind of the offered model is that it concerns not just buying resources themselves but also buying the services of logistics support. Service includes three general segments: informational services, financial and calculation services and services for material flow support.
