Abstract :
According to the analysis of urban centre traffic characteristic, this article utilizes the second-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), manages to evaluate the urban centre´s transportation organization effect. This article uses this evaluation method integrates the dual merits, take the fuzzy theory as the foundation, traffic system evaluation in some boundaries unclear, not easy quota factor quantifying. In the concrete appraisal, each qualitative evaluating indicator´s quantification uses the expert consultation method, meanwhile, establishment of evaluating indicator weight set uses the analytic hierarchy process method, this may manifest between the target important degree and the target different degree reasonably scientifically. The optimized improvement will be carried on promptly through the evaluation result feedback to the traffic organization. Finally, some city is taken as the example.
