Abstract :
A new technique for analysing the frequency selective surface (FSS) which constructed by monolayer elements of discrete multipatch is proposed based on the viewpoint of equivalent compounded resonant circuits; the spectral domain method to analyse each monolayer simple monopatch; and the wave-matrix method to decompose and then combine this FSS structure. An excellent advantage of this technique is that only the matrix algebra is necessary once the typical simple monopatch have been computed. The numerical example for checking are given with a satisfied result
