Abstract
In modern automobile acoustics, many different materials are used for improving the acoustic properties of the cabin of the vehicle, thus improving the sound quality inside the cabin. One of the materials widely used in after-market modifications made on vehicles is called Dynamat. The ability of Dynamat to reduce the vibrations of the structure of the cabin shall be examined, when these vibrations are caused by loudspeakers being the part of the automobile sound system. Furthermore, the influence of Dynamat on behavior of the loudspeaker shall be examined.
