Abstract :
A new wave propagation model for field strength predictions in the frequency range of VHF and UHF is presented. The basis for the propagation calculations is formed by the Uniform Geometrical Theory of Diffraction (UTD) and the theories for dielectric rough surfaces respectively. Calculated results of models with different complexity are compared with measurements
