Abstract :
An integrated supply-voltage compensated biasdriver is presented, which is insensitive to variations of transistor parameters or resistor values. The circuit uses no regulation mechanisms and works over a large range of supply voltage. The output voltage may be temperature compensated or be related to a reference element.
