Abstract :
With the development of the technology, water resource becomes more and more precious. How to use it effectively is one of the most essential problems. Water allocation is to solve the problem of water supply and consumption by redistribute the water resource. In this paper, a system is built to help the hydraulic engineer to manage the information and draft the water allocation scheme with swarm intelligent algorithm. Moreover, the scheme is drafted with the help of history data and artificial decision. After several algorithms compared, similarity measuring method in time series based on slope is chosen to find the results. At present, the research fruits on the problem are all based on the reality data given by the government.
