Abstract :
This paper expounds the industrial wireless network based on WIA-FA and the topology of the hybrid network with PROFIBUS-DP network, and the architecture of the interconnection gateway are given. The mechanism of running is analyzed and the modules are designed in the interconnection gateway, and the minimum and maximum response time of field device is defined to evaluate the real-time performance of hybird network. The experiment platform is built to test the real-time performance of WIA-FA network, test result show that the interconnection gateway can meet the real-time requirement in industrial control application.
