Abstract :
IT Outsourcing is the advanced form of modern businesses. The evaluation risk of IT Outsourcing increasingly becomes the key points of risk management in IT Outsourcing. A Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is designed to evaluate IT Outsourcing project´s risk. For FAHP, the uncertainties in the process of expert consultative method are described by fuzzy variables, and a fuzzy judgment matrix is built. The FAHP is employed to evaluate the risk of IT Outsourcing project. In the example, the FAHP is illustrated a scientific and practicable method for evaluating problems with multi-index and uncertainty.
