Abstract
The results of research of the thermal bakeout processes of elements image intensifier (IIT) in conditions of ultra-high vacuum are given. It is shown, that the total flow thermal desorption in the hermetically sealed device makes 10/sup -12/ - 10/sup -11/ m/sup 3//spl Pi/a/c.
