Abstract :
Wind energy is one of the most important renewable energy sources for its clean and sustainable characteristics and has become an important part in the sustainable development strategy of the world. However, with the wind turbine capacity enlarged and the increasement of wind farm scale, the fault management issue aims to the wind farm has become increasingly prominent. This paper provides an agent-based wind turbine fault management model with the consideration of the randomness and autonomy characteristics of the wind turbine. By setting the sensing system, reasonable maintenance strategy and component replacement policy, as well as the fault response mechanism, this paper proves the applicability of the proposed model through the contrastive analysis and numerical simulations, which provides a good guidance for the management of wind farm.
