Abstract
Traditional methods of dimension matching has some disadvantages large task of computing and discarding of some useful data in Radar network data fusion. So they can´t meet the needs of air intelligence fusion anymore. The fractal fusion is a new way to solve the radar measurement of different scales without dimension matching. This method bases on the celestial coordinate system, which can be seen as two parts, celestial coordinate and Centrifugal distance. It can get system track based on Celestial coordinate system with fusion process. Simulation is provided to show that the method can get higher fusion accuracy with less computing in this paper.
