Abstract :
This paper presents a mobile robot system for smart ammeter verification. The main components include a mobile chassis, a 6-dof manipulator, and an integration tong. It can complete many tasks such as stacking turnover cases, putting up ammeter, reading bar code, screwing bolt, and opening cover and pressing button for programming. The mobile robot system has been applied successfully in one of Measure Centers and has practical significance for the construction of National Intelligent Electric Grid.
