Abstract
In this paper a simple method for multi-channel active noise control is introduced. The proposed structure is a combination of an adaptive FIR filter, based on the FXLMS algorithm and ALIGN algorithm resulting in the decoupling matrix for a secondary path transfer function. This structure converts multi-channel ANC systems to decoupling systems with no interaction with each other which results in reduction in computational load and does not affect the convergence behavior of the FXLMS system.
