Abstract :
A large-scale intelligent environmental test chamber is designed, that has adjustable effective test volume of 0-30m3, in which the overall test experiments for harmful volatile gases from all kinds of furniture products can be achieved, and the problem of condensation of the large-scale environmental test chamber is solved. The reservation for a number of adjustable features in the control system can solve the problem of the inconsistency for the theoretical calculations and the actual debugging. The performance of the environmental test chamber is continuously tested for values of the air flow rate, temperature, humidity and harmful gases background, when it is at the stable state, and all the values are beyond the national standards requirements. It is also used for testing volatile gases from furnitures in the experiments based on Amerian standards.
