Abstract :
This paper is concerned with congestion control in Internet. A new robust congestion control method is presented via model predictive control (MPC) based on a new state space model with uncertainties, external disturbances, and time-varying delays in both state and control input. The state feedback control law is obtained by using linear matrix inequality (LMI). Simulation results are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
