Abstract
This paper optimized the heat treatment process based on the existing equipment and strictly controlling the quality indicators. There are seven quality prediction models were established by selecting heating temperature, heating rate and the holding time as the optimization of the decision variables. The optimization objective function of the Monel K500 alloy which is the most economy was established by the lowest energy consumption. Finally we solved the minimum energy consumption operational parameters.
