Abstract :
Today, escalating fuel prices has further aggravated the global concern about the growing energy crisis. Many energy researchers of today focus upon finding new ways in saving energy and more effective methods for power control and dispatch. This paper discusses incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) ideology and using modern Two-way Wireless RF signals through local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) connections to setup a dynamic local area power dispatch System (LAPDS). The LAPDS will not only effectively dispatch the load flow, but its incorporated AI concepts will reduce the power demand during peak periods based on a policy of price discount for different periods of the day.
