Abstract :
To the problem of soft-sensing the component concentrations of sodium aluminate solution, a soft-sensor software was designed and developed based on the mechanism and data-driven model. It included three parts which were control software, monitoring software and model calculation software. Industrial experiments showed that the software was simple to use, real-time, GM, and it was the foundation for the original pulp process control in alumina production process.
