Abstract
In this paper a computational model of gene level signaling for STP (Short Term Potentiation) and LTP (Long Term Potentiation) have been proposed. STP and LTP are prime signaling cascade for establishment of Episodic Memory in human brain. In various previous works receptor level signaling cascades are presented for STP and LTP. In this work signaling cascade at gene level through gene-gene interaction of various receptor gene clusters are presented and simulated. The signaling cascade computational model would be helpful in estimating the activity of various genes for episodic memory, related disorders and their management through drugs and gene therapy.
