Abstract :
This paper outlines how the main- and subsidiary goals of the RACE R2084 Advanced TDMA Mobile Access (ATDMA) project being relevant for system performance evaluation will be put into action. Therefore, a four level top-down approach, the ATDMA system performance evaluation strategy, has been developed together with common evaluation requirements for comparisons of TDMA and CDMA radio access schemes
