Abstract :
This paper is concerned with the calculation of the index weights for seafarers´ competency evaluation model. The goal of our work is to obtain the reasonable index weight for the evaluation model. In this paper, firstly, the fuzzy comment data is prepared according to the fuzzy linguistic terms, and the intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix is built. Secondly, base on the minimum intuitionistic fuzzy entropy theory, the linear programming model is established, and the objective weights are obtained by solving the model. Thirdly, the subjective weights are calculated by considering influences of the membership, non membership and hesitation degree of the comment data. Finally, the total weights are decided by both the objective weights and the subjective weights. The calculation results of the numeral example show the reasonability of the method.
