Abstract :
In this paper, an adaptive observer for neutral delay systems with mixed delays and time-varying structured is investigated. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) method, some new stability criteria is presented to solve the exponentially stability of neutral delay system. An advantage of the presented study lies in that the tow time-varying delay and the adaptive control method. Finally, an example is simulated to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
