Abstract :
With the advancement in the field of renewable energy sources, solar energy harvesting played an important role for the electrification. But major challenge was the efficiency of the solar photovoltaic (PV) system as with the increase in internal temperature of the PV cells the solar panel efficiency decreases. In the recent past, several methods had been experimented. The present paper deals with a method of hybridization of the thermal system with solar panel by using photoelectric effect and thermoelectric effect to increase the efficiency of the solar PV cell.
