Abstract :
We investigate the observer-based stabilization problem for a class of switched neutral systems. The key feature is to provide a triple design of a state observer, an observer-based controller for each subsystem and an observer-based switching law such that the closed-loop switched neutral system is asymptotically stable. The designed switching law depends on not only the current states but also the delayed states of the observer. We adopt the multiple Lyapunov functional method to obtain a solvability condition for the stabilization problem, which is formulated in terms of linear matrix inequality. Finally, one simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical result.
