Abstract :
In this paper, the problem of robust stabilization for uncertain neural networks with time-varying delays is investigated. Based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach, a new delay-dependent stabilization criterion of the system is derived. The criterion is derived in terms of LMIs(linear matrix inequality), which can be easily calculated by the Matlab LMI control toolbox. Numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the obtained result.
