Abstract
The power injection in the grid network demands exact angle information for the synchronization and active power injection. This paper aims to presents different methods of angle extraction based on the measurement of the phase voltage, and the benchmarking of synchronization techniques, some faulty mode cases and problems of sensors are studied at the end of this paper in order to compare these methods. It is concluded that the modify PLL (MPLL) and the Recursive Discrete Fourier Transform (RDFT) technique are the promising methods for grid synchronization due to their fast adaptive-filtering against noise.
