  • Abstract
The management of electric vehicles charging and adequate assignment to charging stations are the major challenges facing managers of EV fleet. These issues required then to be optimized considering all functioning constraints and real situation of the charging process. Therefore development of a faithful model to the context integrating all entities of the process while considering their interaction and collaboration is required. In this paper we propose a (max-plus) based approach to represent a sequence of events and states of the charging process involving the principal entities. Three main components of the system will be represented: EV as a discrete entity, charging stations as energy providers and an integrated platform that ensures the synergy between the two mentioned entities. Each entity is modeled and the occurrence date of each event will be evaluated. A predictive charging approach is proposed to anticipate and improve the provided service to drivers and to suggest the adequate charging station according to their characteristics.
