Abstract
In this paper an L-strip line feed is used to excite the small size circularly polarized microstrip patch antenna with a cross-slot, to improve both the impedance and axial-ratio bandwidth. A sequential rotational antenna array is designed using the same L-strip line feed to further enhance the impedance and polarization bandwidth.
