Abstract :
A new gate driver made by α-Si TFT is proposed for longer lifetime operation. The method to extract parameters of the TFT is addressed. In our simulation, for the same degradation of the drivers, the lifetime of our gate driver had 16 times longer than that of the conventional driver. The physical performance of our circuit is also presented.
