Abstract :
This paper presents a UVM-based verification method for verifying RFID tag that complies with GJB protocol. In RFID tag, since Module-reuse approach and low power techniques are applied in the digital baseband, the power consumption is reduced. For verification, an intelligent and flexible testbench architecture based on UVM is built. In addition, complete algorithms for pathfinding (CAP) based on state transition graph is used to improve efficiency and produce an automatic stimuli generation.
