Abstract :
The high temperature produced during TWT working, results to the thermal-stress of the components and change the system stability, which have effects on the TWT electronic characteristic. temperature field in working condition can be calculated by using model of heat conduction and finite element method. This paper presents the study on thermal characteristic of TWT. Which provide an important reference and basis for further TWT design.
