Abstract :
For solving the problems that measurement circuit is complex, power and signal transmission is difficult in torque measurement, a design of wireless torque sensor based on surface acoustic wave was put forward. The basic principle and advantage of the Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) sensor was introduced, core components of Surface Acoustic Wave Resonators (SAWR) was designed. It provides a foundation for designing a better wireless torque sensor.
