Abstract
This study aimed to build Technology Creativity Inspiration Model, then evaluate selected students´ technology creativity (TC) and its´ impact factors. A validated model can offer valuable information toward teaching strategy making and how to inspire student´s TC. Total 216 students were participated in this survey they are selected from private and public vocational high schools respectively. A designed instrument including class, personal, family, creative self-efficacy (CSE), and TC. SEM was employed as data analysis method. The result shows that CSE will be affected by class, personal, and family factors alternatively; TC can be predicted by class, personal, family, and CSE.
