Abstract :
Solar energy is renewable energy which can be used in the drying. From the view of agricultural and sideline products dry demand, a solar dry device designed using solar energy is demonstrated. The drying principle of the device and its mechanical structure are focused on, as well as the circuit hardware is also designed. The drying result using of this device for agricultural and sideline products can be got from experiment. Fuzzy hybrid PID control is applied in the experiment to overcome the nonlinear characteristic of temperature control of dry box. Compared with the traditional drying, the intelligence drying way is superior in drying effect in terms of color and nutrition.
